Shipping Policy 

All orders received will be shipped the next business day, all orders are shipped between Monday - Friday. Please note, orders may experience some delays during the Federal Holidays. 

The shipment details will be emailed to you with a link to track your package once the order has been processed and shipped. Shipments and order history can also be tracked in your user account.

UNITED STATES

FREE SHIPPING on orders $30 or more.

Orders less than $30, $2 Flat Rate 

Transit time: 4-7 business days, standard ground shipping.

CANADA

FREE SHIPPING on orders $75 or more.

Orders less than $75, $13 Flat Rate

Transit time: 7-10 business days, standard ground shipping.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL 

FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 or more.

Orders less than $100, $13 Flat Rate

Transit time: 10 - 20 business days, standard shipping.

**Customers will be responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

If the shipping address provided shows invalid unit or apartment number, you will be contacted for verification of the address and your package will be held until the shipping address has been verified.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all information is inputted accurately into the shipment field, Ritzy Cosmetics will not be responsible for any costs or claims arising from an error in the shipment information.

 

Order Cancellation/ Modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please be sure to contact us with the title "Order Modification" or "Order Cancellation" and reference the order #. All orders are shipped the next business day from when it was received, we can not guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders if it has shipped out of our facility. We suggest contacting us as soon as possible to ensure your request is taken care of.

 

Orders Not Received

Shipments are updated with a Delivery Confirmation once it has been delivered. If the tracking number confirms the order has been delivered, Ritzy Cosmetics will not be liable for the lost package. 

If you haven't received your order, please contact us and our staff will investigate the issue.

 

Return Policy 

We want you to love the items you purchase, which is why we offer FREE RETURNS, eligible within 30 days from the date of purchase.  We offer you the chance to visually inspect your purchase once you receive it, if it isn't quite what you were expecting we'll send you a free return shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging, no exceptions. 

Please contact us within the 30 day period with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST” and indicate your order number in the email and we’ll help you process your return. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date the return package has been received.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, to the email address provided, to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, store credit will be issued for gift card purchases. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser on the order, no exceptions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from time of return approval.
